Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DevSecure Intelligence API and developer portal. By accessing or using the API, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. API Usage

You are responsible for all activity under your API key. Do not share your key. Rate limits apply per tier as documented on the pricing and API docs pages. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for abuse, excessive usage beyond your tier, or violation of these terms.

2. Data Accuracy

Vulnerability data is refreshed daily from our pipeline. While we strive for accuracy, DevSecure makes no warranty about the completeness or timeliness of the data provided. Always verify critical findings against the original sources (NVD, CISA, EPSS).

3. Service Availability

The API is provided on an as-is basis. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance occurs during off-peak hours.
